Data Protection and Your Privacy
Data Security: While the nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee the security of the information you transmit to us via the Internet, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your information, to prevent unauthorised access or any loss of your information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity from you before we can discuss your account details or other queries.
CCSS will not share any of your information with any 3rd parties, unless you strictly ask us to make an introduction. Where your information is shared will take full responsibility for ensuring that the most appropriate security measures are in place to protect your information, and that only the minimum required information is shared.
Marketing:
Where you have given CCSS your consent, we may use your information for some marketing purposes to contact you from time to time regarding offers, news and competitions that we think you might be interested in.
Data Storage:
CCSS will store and use your information for a set period. CCSS will cease to use your information for marketing purposes 2 years from the point of last interaction (e.g. last service provided or last email activity etc.) or from the point you request CCSS to stop using your information for marketing purposes, whichever is sooner. At this point, your information is then minimised and only used for analysis.
Data Profiling:
We do not carry out Data profiling so will not keep information you supply for this purpose.
Your right to delete or rectify your information or object to your information being used:
You are always in complete control of how we use your information. Where you have consented to us using your information for purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy (for example asking us to store your email address to receive a newsletter), you can withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us on 01491 671293 or email at

There is no charge for single subject access requests, however CCSS may make a small charge for multiple copies. Proof of I.D. will be required. All requests will be fulfilled within 30 days.
Please note:
if you do unsubscribe from promotional contacts, you will still receive essential calls, SMS text and email communications specifically relating to a Service that we are providing to your business.
Legitimate Interests:
if you book or enquire regarding any of our services, we believe that we can demonstrate that we have a legitimate interest in using your information for some marketing purposes, such as sending any service updates or special offers relating to the enquiry you have made, however you always have a choice. Nevertheless, if you do want to receive communications from us, for example our marketing literature, please specifically signify your consent to us using your information to send you such and similar marketing materials/communications, by clicking the “opt into receiving marketing communications”.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
We may collect information from you:

We may need to pass some of this information on to 3rd parties for example, suppliers services that may be of use to you as company and where you have requested that we make an introduction..

your information is shared to process payments for you Service. This information is only shared with our bankers for the purpose of payment.

CCSS, due to the nature of its business, is monitored and governed by a number of regulatory bodies.
We may be required to hold certain information for extended periods of time to satisfy our legal requirements to these regulatory bodies.
